Returns & Exchanges

We want Pawlinia gear to work for you and your dog.

 

If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer regulations.

Items must be:

• unused
• in original condition

• returned with original packaging, where reasonably possible

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please note:

• return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• original shipping fees are non-refundable
