Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:
- Croatia: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as courier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
